Visiting Mui Ne: How To Get Around

Mui Ne has very good transit links. Buses and trains to and from Phan Thiet (Mui Ne is a ward of Phan Thiet City) operate every day making it very easy to get to our beaches to chill out.

By bus

There are several bus companies which operate between Ho Chi Minh City or Nha Trang and Phan Thiet.

Here are the main ones:

Tam Hanh Bus Company (The only company with an office in Mui Ne ward itself)

The Sinh tourist

Phuong Trang (Futa) Bus Company

Hanh Café Bus Company

Thinh Phat Limousine

To or from either Ho Chi Minh City or Nha Trang, it normally takes between four and a half and five hours (depending on the traffic) to reach Mui Ne.

By train

There are two train stations in the area: Phan Thiet Station and Binh Thuan Station. Passengers have a choice of taking either a taxi or a public bus to and from Phan Thiet Station, but only taxis are available from Binh Thuan Station. Phan Thiet Station is about 25 Kilometers from Mui Ne and Binh Thuan Station is about 40 kilometers from Mui Ne.

From Ho Chi Minh City, it takes about four hours to reach Phan Thiet train station and about three and a half hours to reach Binh Thuan train station. It takes approximately 35 minutes by taxi and 50 minutes onthe local bus to/from Phan Thiet Station and 45 minutes to/from Binh Thuan Station to Mui Ne.
